Is counseling right for me?

Our agency provides therapy services for individuals, ages 7 and up, who are experiencing difficulty with emotional challenges and need additional support.

If you are having concerns that are interfering with activities of daily living, your usual coping strategies are no longer working, or you are feeling isolated or withdrawn, it may be time for professional support.

We offer 15 minute initial consultations to help determine if counseling is right for you.

Do you offer in person appointments?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are only providing virtual appointments.

However, we are available after hours and on the weekends to meet your needs.

Please utilize the booking link to schedule a date and time that works best for you.

We can also accept bookings and schedule appointments by phone.
